B & B Media Solutions was founded by two Lincolnton, NC natives with a shared passion for transforming brands through cinema-grade storytelling and technical excellence.

Jonté Blake – CEO & Creative Director

​

Jonté Blake is a director and cinematographer with a BFA in Directing & Cinematography from the New York Film Academy, known for delivering cinema-grade visuals with broadcast-level discipline. He spent 6 years with LR Squared Productions, rising from Intern to Production Assistant to Assistant Director—a progression that shaped his command of set leadership, production logistics, and high-standard execution.

 

He also brings 6 years of broadcast journalism experience as a photojournalist at WCCB Charlotte, where he refined the art of telling clear, compelling stories under pressure—fast turnarounds, real-world conditions, and zero room for missed moments.

 

Today, Jonté leads projects spanning commercial and brand story production, documentary filmmaking, strategic media consulting, and technical operations, with a sharp focus on intentional framing, clean audio, and polished post-production. His specialty is creating work that feels elevated and cinematic—while staying grounded in what the content is meant to do: earn attention, build trust, and drive results.

Charlie Bethancourt is a master audio engineer with over 15 years of experience in professional sound design, mixing, and music composition. His technical expertise extends to live broadcasting systems, AV installation, and audio production environments.
