5. PAYMENT TERMS 
- Payment schedules as specified in individual service agreements 
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, bank transfers 
- Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest 
- 5% discount for quarterly payments 
- 15% discount for annual payments 

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
- 48-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled services 
- Project cancellation fees may apply as per service agreement 
- Non-refundable deposit requirements vary by service type 

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS 
B & B Media Solutions shall not be liable for: 
- Indirect or consequential damages 
- Service interruptions 
- Third-party actions 
- Force majeure events 
Maximum liability limited to fees paid for specific service 

8. INDEMNIFICATION

- Mandatory mediation before litigation

- 30-day informal resolution period
