The Team Behind B & B Media Solutions

BB&B Media Solutions was founded by Jonté Blake and Charlie Bethancourt—two media professionals who combine story-first video production with dependable live audio and broadcast expertise. Together, they bring hands-on experience in creative leadership, video production, journalism, live multi-camera direction, broadcast audio, and recurring content systems.

Before launching B&B Media Solutions, Jonté and Charlie spent years building and operating live-media systems in a high-output regional environment. That experience now informs every B&B project: clear planning, professional execution, strong audio, polished visuals, and content delivered for the platforms where it will be used.

Jonté Blake – CEO & Creative Director

​

Jonté leads creative strategy, video production, storytelling, and client communication for B&B Media Solutions. His background includes photography with the Lincoln Herald, six years as a photojournalist and on-air reporter at WCCB, and six years directing media and marketing operations for a large regional organization.

​

He brings a journalist’s eye for finding the human story, a producer’s discipline for managing complex shoots, and a strategist’s focus on helping organizations communicate in ways that people understand and remember.

Charlie Bethancourt – COO, Technical Director & Audio Engineer

Charlie is B&B Media Solutions’ co-founder and lead audio engineer. He specializes in professional audio for live broadcasts and studio productions, bringing the technical attention to detail that helps every production sound as polished as it looks.

From live events and multi-camera broadcasts to interview-based video and branded content, Charlie helps ensure B&B clients receive reliable technical execution from setup through final delivery.
